Kasper Spiro

Kasper Spiro is the Co-founder and Chief Learning Strategist at Easygenerator. He has been involved in e-learning and content development for over two decades. Aiming to improve the e-learning creation process, he developed the Employee-generated Learning (EGL) approach in 2013. Since then, he and Easygenerator have guided thousands of companies to adopt EGL, including Danone, Astra Zeneca, and DHL Group. Kasper is also an international speaker, podcast host, blogger, and L&D author.
