Marie Carasco

Marie Carasco is VP of Organization Development, Culture and Diversity at GitHub, a Microsoft company. She is Adjunct Professor of Human Capital Management at New York University School of Professional Studies, and she is Founder and Chief Social Scientist of Talent en Floré LLC, an executive coaching and organization change consulting practice based in New York City, New York. An inclusive change agent, Carasco advises leadership teams managing task forces for large-scale global change initiatives, human resources strategy and applied research initiatives in multiple sectors. Before joining GitHub, she was Senior Organization Development Director of three divisions at Microsoft: Technology, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence, Security and Strategic Mission.
