Embracing Uncertainty and Taking Risks as a Leader

Leadership is important in a VUCA (Volatile Uncertain Complex and Ambiguous) world, but the characteristics of a world undergoing rapid technological change create further demands for a leader.  Among the capabilities that must be mastered in order to succeed is the ability to embrace risk and be open to change.

To capitalize on this, leaders should be curious, learn continuously, practice self-reflection, collaborate and remain accountable.
